We create this ‘Equity’ by using Thirdi Property’s “economies of scale’ where we buy and build in bulk, to deliver our properties under the market value. Typically our packages end up with $50 – $100k in instant equity on completion. What level of research is taken? – Thirdi Property own and operate our own

All our opportunities come with a full investment brief; including builder overviews, tender documents and even our exclusive NextHotSpot reports on what’s driving the area so all our clients can perform a complete review on each investment.
Who builds the properties? – Thirdi Property has a national network of qualified builders that work exclusively with Thirdi clients in identified markets.
All builders have been reviewed and passed a strict review process to ensure they have the required track record and experience to deliver our clients houses on time and on budget.
All our building partners are fully licensed and have the necessary builder’s warranty
and insurances in place before they are provided an opportunity to tender for our
investor packages.
What if the builder takes too long or goes broke? – Every builder that works
for Thirdi Property must agree to a range of special terms and conditions that are inserted into our client’s build contracts. These T&C’s are to cover for delays and ensure no
additional costs are passed on to our clients.
Each package is complete ‘turn-key’, meaning it will be ‘rent-ready’ on completion. We have a strict no variations policy so unless a client requests a change, they won’t have to pay a dollar more than their contract price during construction.
Unique to Thirdi, every building partner must agree to a ‘liquidated damages clause’ that will cover a clients interest if the build goes over the agreed build time frames (Up to $90 per day).
All building progress is monitored by Thirdi Group’s own project management team
(Thirdi PM). Our team’s brief is to ensure that our client’s properties are delivered on time and as per their build contract.
What if I live in NSW or WA and the investment is in Queensland?
How do I manage the build and payments. – Unique to Thirdi Property
each client will be appointed a Personal Project Manager from Thirdi PM who
will be available by phone or email for the duration of your build.
What’s even more valuable is that Thirdi Property have created an award winning Online Project Management Portal that will allow you to log in and get the latest updates on what’s happing with your investment.
How do I access the portal? – Our portal can be accessed from anywhere; you simply need an Internet connection, computer or even your mobile phone.
You can log in and see your investment transform from a raw site to a completed property, as if you are inspecting the property yourself. At each milestone an email update is sent to you that links back to your portal for you to view in more detail.
As the property take shapes, both photos and live video updates are loaded into your portal for you to view, download or print off.
We will also upload all the contracts, floor plans, colour selections and invoices relevant to your build for easy access.
What is the costs (outside of buying the investment)? – Well there aren’t any!
